Each of these sources is described in more detail below.

A. Information and Content You Provide to Us

We collect Personal Information that you knowingly provide to us. This may include:

(ii) Email Correspondence.

This refers to records and copies of your email messages and your email address and our responses if you choose to correspond with us via email.

(iii) User Content.

User content is Information or content that you submit for posting or display in public areas of the Services or transmit to other users of the Services or third parties (collectively, "User Content"). The posting and submission of your User Content to others is at your own risk. The company cannot control the actions of other users of the Services with whom you share your User Content. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your User Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

(iv) Transaction Information.

This is Information about purchases or transactions you have made with the Services. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card information, other account and authentication information, and billing, shipping, and contact information.

B. Information We Collect Automatically.

We may use a number of technologies to collect certain information about your devices, browsing actions, and patterns when you interact with the Services, including:

(i) Activity Information.

Details about your visits to our Services, including the types of content you view or engage with, the functionality you use, the actions you take, the people or accounts you interact with, the timing, frequency, and duration of your activities, and other information about your use of and actions in the Services.

(ii) Hardware Information.

This refers to information about your computer and Internet connection, including your computer's operating system, IP address, browser type, and browser language.

(iii) Location Information.

This refers to information about the location of your Hardware, including the location GPS, to improve or facilitate the Services. For example, such Information may be used to enable features of the Services that provide you with information about stores near you or allow you to order and pay for the Services remotely. We may also use information about the device's location to understand how the Services and features are being used and to deliver more relevant advertising. This information may be used to maintain the quality of the Services we provide and to compile general statistics about the use of the Services.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

(i) Cookies.

A cookie is a small data file that's stored on your computer's hard drive either only for the duration of your visit to a website ("session cookies") or for a specified period of time ("persistent cookies"). Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server. We may use cookies to provide you with a more personalized and interactive experience with the Services.

(ii) Web Beacons.

Web beacons are small files embedded in web pages, applications, and emails (also known as "clear gifs," "pixel tags," "web bugs," and "single-pixel gifs"). Web beacons allow Company to track, for example, who's visited those web pages or opened an email in order to test the effectiveness of our marketing and to compile other related website statistics.

(iii) JavaScripts.

JavaScripts are snippets of code embedded in various parts of websites and applications that facilitate a number of operations, such as speeding up the update speed of certain features or monitoring the use of various online components.

(iv) Entity Tags.

Entity tags are HTTP code mechanisms that allow you to store or "cache" portions of websites in your browser and validate those caches when the website is opened. This speeds up website performance because the web server doesn't have to send a full response if the content hasn't changed.

(v) HTML5 Local Storage.

HTML5 local storage allows data from websites to be stored or "cached" in your browser to store and retrieve data in HTML5 pages when the website is revisited.

(vi) Resettable Device Identifiers.

Resettable device identifiers (also known as "advertising identifiers") are similar to cookies and are found on many mobile devices and tablets (e.g., the "advertising identifier" or "IDFA" on Apple iOS devices and the "Google Advertising ID" on Android devices) and on certain streaming media devices. Like cookies, resettable device identifiers are used to increase the relevance of online advertising. This policy doesn't apply to the use of tracking technologies by third parties. The Services may contain links, content, advertisements, or references to other third party websites, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services. The information they collect may be linked to your Personal Information or they may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. Please note that we've no control over these third-party tracking technologies or when and how they may be used. As such, Company assumes no responsibility for the privacy policies, practices or procedures of third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy statements and terms and conditions of any linked or referenced websites that you visit. If you've any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the relevant provider directly.

C. Demographic Information.

We may collect demographic, statistical or other aggregate information about you, but it doesn't identify you individually. Some of this information may be derived from Personal Information, but it's not Personal Information and cannot be associated with you. Examples of such aggregate information include gender, age, race, household income, and political affiliation.

D. Information from Other Sources.

We may obtain information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. We protect this information in accordance with the practices described in this Policy and any additional restrictions imposed by the source of the information. These sources may include online and offline data providers from whom we receive demographic, interest-based and promotional data, publicly available sources such as open government databases or social networks, and service providers who provide us with information or updates to that information based on their relationship with you. By collecting additional information about you, we may correct inaccurate information, increase the security of your transactions, and provide you with product or service recommendations and special offers that are more likely to interest you.
